How It Works

3 easy steps to a better user experience

Create An Account

All you need in order to sign up for a Support Portal account is your name and email. Account requests take up to 24 hours to be approved. Once approved, simply accept the invitation that you’ll receive by email and set your password!

Submit A Ticket

To create a support ticket, you’ll need your product type, serial number, and software version. Once submitted, you will receive a response from our Support team. If you need to update your inquiry, you can start a chat on the ticket itself.

Share Your Learnings

The knowledge base tab contains various user and installation guides for BLiNQ’s products. The community tab is a place for collaborative discussions where you can chat with other BLiNQ users and share your experiences.
