• Take full ownership of the verification lifecycle from test planning to results analysis
  • Establish and ensure consistency in test design strategies, methodologies and best practices
  • Participate directly in the creation and execution of test strategies
  • Lead the automation, execution and maintenance of tests for BLiNQ Fixed Wireless and Mobility products
  • Work closely with design teams to plan product features validation and ensure quality assurance coverage
  • Guide and coach team members; ensure they have the appropriate skills and tools to be effective
  • Plan and forecast resource requirements for personnel, equipment, software tools 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences
  • Proven leadership abilities with a minimum of 8 years in a wireless/networking product verification/QA role
  • Fluent in L2 Ethernet networking including Switching, VLANs, Q-in-Q
  • Experience with LTE protocols 
  • Demonstrated experience with test automation development using mainstream scripting languages (Python preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with test tools such as Spirent or Ixia
  • Ability to characterize observed defects and communicate effectively with design team
  • Ability to develop test documents, maintain methodical & detailed test reports
  • Strong problem-solving skills


Additional Assets: 

  • Master in Electrical Engineering will be a plus
  • Experience with Wireless LOS/NLOS products
