We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. Your chief responsibility will be to help set the direction for our LTE and 5G products by taking responsibility for the full end-to-end product lifecycle. This may include developing new products or managing the existing ones. You will work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and features backlog
- Lead a cross-functional team to achieve product and business objectives
- Identify product requirements based on a deep understanding of market trends and our customers’ business practices and needs
- Work with the leadership team on articulating product value proposition and product positioning
- Prepare detailed business cases to justify product/feature feasibility
- Develop metrics to measure the success of the product
- Manage the development of product documentation from sales collateral to user guides
- Represent BLiNQ at industry events
- Support the Sales team through product demonstrations and work on RFI/RFP responses
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of Product Manager or Product Owner experience
- At least five years of wireless experience, with a focus on LTE
- Strong understanding of business practices and products and solutions in the Telecom market, with focus on Wireless and Mobility Service Providers
- Able to expertly present wireless technology in front of audiences of all sizes
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Availability to travel on a short time notice
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field/li>
Nice to have:
- MBA
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools
- Understanding of IPv4/IPv6, Ethernet, and related networking protocols
- Knowledge about Linux, RESTCONF, and Docker
- Experience working with teams in different time zones
